BRIDGEPORT — The unprecedented 11th Ward runoff race is coming to a television near you.
Aldermanic candidates John Kozlar and Patrick Daley Thompson will discuss the issues facing the South Side Ward at 7 p.m. Monday on WTTW-Channel 11's "Chicago Tonight" program.
It's the first runoff election ever in the 11th Ward, which includes all or parts of Bridgeport, Canaryville, East Pilsen and University Village. Thompson led all candidates with 48 percent of the electorate in last month's election, but failed to garner enough votes to win the aldermanic office outright.
The runoff election will take place April 7.
