CHICAGO — A man was injured in a drive-by shooting in Rogers Park Friday, police said.

At 11:45 p.m., a 26-year-old man was standing in the 1600 block of West Juneway Terrace when someone in a passing dark-colored vehicle fired shots, striking the man on his side, said Officer Amina Greer, a Chicago Police spokeswoman.

The man was taken to St. Francis Hospital in Evanston where he was listed in good condition, Greer said.

After the shooting, the car was seen heading toward Evanston, Greer said.
