HUMBOLDT PARK — A Chicago Alternative Policing Strategy (CAPS) meeting for Humboldt Park’s Shakespeare District will be held Wednesday, March 11.
The meeting for Beat 1421 starts at 6:30 p.m. at the Humboldt Park Library, 1605 N. Troy St.
