HYDE PARK — A former candidate will moderate the first debate of the 7th Ward runoff election.
Keiana Barrett, who on Feb. 24 narrowly missed securing a spot in the runoff election, will moderate the debate between incumbent Ald. Natashia Holmes and Gregory Mitchell.
The forum will start at 10 a.m. Saturday at Christ Bible Church, 7877 S. Coles Ave.
The forum is the first time Holmes and Mitchell will face each other one-on-one since the field was narrowed from eight candidates.
The runoff election is April 7.
