THE LOOP — It might not yet feel warm enough to grab a meal outside, but with warm weather on the horizon, food truck season is officially upon us.
City officials are again hosting "Food Truck Fests" Downtown as Chicago thaws from its long deep freeze. The first festival, which will run through October, began last Friday at Daley Plaza, 50 W. Washington St.
