CHICAGO — A 23-year-old man was shot and wounded Wednesday evening while walking in Humboldt Park, police said.
The man was walking in the 3300 block of West Evergreen Avenue at 6:43 p.m. when another man walked up and shot him in the leg, police said. He was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.
Police are investigating.
