CHICAGO — Two men were critically wounded in a shooting in Rogers Park early Wednesday, police said.

At 4:10 a.m., officers responding to call of a person shot in the 1700 block of West Touhy Avenue found two wounded men in an alley, said Officer Ana Pacheco, a Chicago Police spokeswoman.

A 23-year-old man was shot in his chest and a 30-year-old man was shot in his shoulder, arm and back. Both men were taken to Saint Francis Hospital and listed in critical condition, Pacheco said.

No one is in custody, and police are investigating.
