CHICAGO — A workshop to prevent and understand human trafficking will take place at Columbus Park Feb. 24.

The event, aimed at teens, will explore questions such as, "What are the signs of human trafficking? Where is it happening? Do you think you know someone who is a victim? How can you help?"

The workshop will help attendees learn how to take action.

The event goes from 6 to 8 p.m. Feb. 24 in the banquet room at 500 S. Central Ave. and people can register here.
