ROGERS PARK — The sixth annual Heat It Up! Chili Cook Off kicks off noon on March 1 at the Mayne Stage, 1328 W. Morse Ave.
Registration for tasters and cooks is underway. Both professional chefs and amateur cooks are welcome.
This year's cook off will also feature a live auction.
Tickets to compete and to only eat are $20 in advance. Tickets at door to eat are $30.
All proceeds benefit the Glenwood Sunday Market's food-access programs for low-income families.
