CHICAGO — A multiple-unit building with two decks and a patio is on the market in Lincoln Park for $1.12 million.
The building, at 2743 N. Wilton Ave., has a total of six bedrooms and 4½ bathrooms, according to @properties' Barbara Head.
It has a duplex, which offers three bedrooms and an additional room that can be used as a bedroom. It also has "gorgeous" bathrooms and a sunny, open floor plan, according to Head.
Then there's the top floor unit, which has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and separate heating and air conditioning systems.
New owners can either rent out the top floor unit or combine it with the duplex to create a single-family home, Head said. If combined, the home could be a "smashing" single-family home, Head said.
The building, which offers a three-car garage, is situated on an oversized lot.
The neighborhood schools are Alcott Elementary School and Lincoln Park High School.
