ENGLEWOOD — Not sure where to shop for food that's both healthy and affordable?

Then plan on attending Friday’s Grow Greater Englewood meeting.

Topics on the agenda include the new Whole Foods Market coming to 63rd Street and farming in Englewood.

The group, which launched in 2012, will hold its meeting at 11 a.m. at Teamwork Englewood in Suite 2 of the US Bank Building, 815 W. 63rd St.

Grow Greater Englewood is a coalition of residents, local organizations and business leaders who all share the same goal — improving the local food system. Its mission is to create awareness of healthy initiatives.
