CHICAGO — A Gold Coast bank was robbed Thursday evening, authorities said.
A man entered the Oak Bank location at 1000 N. Rush St. about 5:45 p.m., police said. It was unclear if he announced a robbery or handed the teller a note, police said, but he left with an undisclosed amount of money.
No weapon was displayed, police said.
The suspect is described as a black man between 20 and 25. His head was covered with a winter hat, and he wore a hooded sweatshirt.
