HUMBOLDT PARK — A Chicago Alternative Policing Strategy (CAPS) meeting for Humboldt Park's Shakespeare District will be held Wednesday.
The meeting for Beat 1421 starts at 6:30 p.m. at the Humboldt Park Library, 1605 N. Troy St.
CAPS meetings run citywide and is your chance to meet your neighbors, talk with police face-to-face in your area and come up strategies that affect the neighborhood.
