CHICAGO — A gunman robbed a Wicker Park bank Friday morning, authorities said.
The man entered the North Community Bank at 1555 N. Damen Ave. about 10 a.m. Friday, police and the FBI said.
He produced a handgun, then fled with an unknown amount of money, police said.
The FBI described the suspect as a black man between 25 and 30, standing 5-foot-5 to 5-foot-7. He wore a gray hooded sweatshirt, sunglasses, jeans and a black mask, the FBI said.
The FBI is offering a reward for information leading to his capture. Anyone with information can call the FBI at 312-421-6700.
