BRIDGEPORT — A local church is inviting families to a Sunday morning pancake breakfast featuring an appearance by Santa Claus.
The event takes place at the St. Barbara, 2830 S. Quinn St., immediately after Sunday's 9:30 a.m. Mass.
Admission to the breakfast $3 for kids 3-11 years old, $4 for $12 and up and free for kids 3 years old and younger. The breakfast includes pancakes, sausage, coffee, milk or juice.
Raffle tickets will be sold for $1, which earns bidders a chance to win one of 20 donated baskets featuring prizes ranging from a flat-screen TV to snowboards.
Proceeds from the raffle benefit the St. Barbara Catholic school.
