CHICAGO — A 24-year-old man was shot Monday in Austin.
Around 6:15 p.m., the man was in a parked car in the 5400 block of West Madison Street when a man got out of another car and began shooting at him, said Officer Janel Sedevic, a Chicago Police spokeswoman.
The man was taken to Stroger Hospital in stable condition, Sedevic said.
No one is in custody for the shooting.
