CHICAGO — A man was shot Monday afternoon in Rogers Park, police said.
At 1:05 p.m., the victim was hit in his leg in the 7300 block of North Ashland Avenue, said Officer Thomas Sweeney, a Chicago Police spokesman.
The man, whose age was not available, took himself to Saint Francis Hospital in Evanston, Sweeney said.
No one is in custody, and police are investigating.
