LOGAN SQUARE — Analogue will celebrate its first birthday in Logan Square with live music, dining deals and a new cocktail menu.
The restaurant’s birthday party kicks off Dec. 11 with $5 chicken sandwiches from chef Alfredo Nogueira and $2 Budweiser drafts. The night will also feature live sets from Bare Mutants and Clearance, with bartender Lisa Nguyen DJing before and after.
Analogue, 2523 N. Milwaukee Ave., was set to launch its latest cocktail menu Monday — a list owners Robby Haynes and Henry Prendergast called their “strongest menu to date.”
In addition to 10 featured cocktails, including the Sohnic Reducer — a tribute to Doug Sohn of Hot Doug’s — Analogue will also be serving a “tiki-fied punch bowl” and continuing “Airplane Bottles," a series of shots literally based on the tiny bottles of liquor legally permitted on airplanes.
Here’s the full list of cocktails on hand at the party and their ingredients:
- Sohnic Reducer: Old Forester, Nux Alpina walnut liqour, Cherry Demerarra Angostura bitter (Analogue’s tribute to Doug Sohn of Hot Doug’s)
- Down By Law: Tequila, Pimm’s, Lemon, Almond Grenadine, Angostura Bitters
- Lost Highway: Smoked Porter, Black Strap Rum, Cynar, Demerara, Angostura Bitters, Cayenne
- Slow Fade: Mezcal, Campari, Cocchi Americano, Orange-Cardamom Syrup, Angostura Bitters
- Comfort Is King: Gin, Blackberry Cordial. Amaro Ciociaro, Lemon, Mint, Housemade Orange Bitters
- Into The Cosmos: Vodka, Cocchi Rosa, Cranberry Shrub, Lime
- Tokyo Storm Warning: Ron Zacapa 23 Year Rum, Mount Gay Rum, Cherry Heering, Pineapple, Cinnamon, Egg Yolk
- What’s The Rush: Bourbon, Black Tea Honey, Lemon, Angostura Bitters
- Twilight Campfighter: Letherbee Autumnal Gin, Punt E Mes, Amaro Sibilla, Pumpkin Bitters
