AVONDALE — A Chicago Alternative Policing Strategy (CAPS) meeting for Avondale's Albany Park District will be held Thursday.
The meeting for Beat 1733 starts at 7 p.m. at 3259 N. Elston Ave. for residents of the southern end of Avondale. Call 312-742-4588 for more information.
