ARMOUR SQUARE — The Chicago White Sox are selling game-worn jerseys, autographed baseballs, old Comiskey Park seats and more as part of the team's annual "holiday blowout sale."

The event takes place 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday at the Scout Lounge at U.S. Cellular Field. Signs will point shoppers in the right direction and parking is free.

Included in this year's roster of items for sale is a wide range of Sox-related ephemera, including game programs from the 2005 playoff run, official lineup cards, autographed player photos, game-used baseballs and more

New this year, the team is offering salt shakers full of dirt from Paul Konerko's last game, perfect for pranking your Cub fan friends at summer barbecues.

Proceeds from the sale benefit Chicago White Sox Charities, which offers donations and contributions to health and education programs across the city. To date, the nonprofit charity arm has given $21 million to various groups since forming in 1990.

Sox fans can also take advantage of a sale at the Chicago Sports Depot, located across the street from the park, where they're offering 30 percent discounts on select items.
