UPTOWN— New flat = free bike.

That's the deal FLATS Chicago is offering to anyone who signs a two-year lease in the newly renovated building at 1325 W. Wilson Ave. before the end of the year.

The Heritage Outpost — an extension of the original Heritage Bicycle General Store — occupies a ground-floor retail space in the building and will be providing custom cruisers to the new tenants.

The "No. 1325" apartment building includes a variety of floorplans — studios, one and two bedrooms — a 24-hour fitness center and is rumored to be where the notorious gangster Al Capone housed one of his girlfriends.
