HUMBOLDT PARK— A Chicago Alternative Policing Strategy (CAPS) meeting for Humboldt Park's Shakespeare District will be held Wednesday, Nov. 19.
The meeting for Beat 1423 starts at 7 p.m. at 1343 N. California Ave.
CAPS meetings run citywide and is your chance to meet your neighbors, talk with police face-to-face in your area and come up strategies that affect the neighborhood.
