
CHICAGO — Ald. Tim Cullerton (38th) will join state officials to host a foreclosure prevention workshop Saturday at Wilbur Wright College.
The free event will go form 9 a.m.-1 p.m. in the atrium of the college at 4300 N. Narragansett Ave. and is part of The Mortgage Relief Project.
Also hosting the event are state Sen. John Mulroe (D-Chicago), Rep. Michael McAuliffe (R-20th) and Rep. Robert Martwick (D-19th).
Homeowners can get the most out of the event by bringing the following information, according to a release:
- Mortgage statement
- 2010 and 2011 W-2 and tax return with all schedules
- Copy of rental agreement, if applicable
- Two months of recent paystubs
- Budget of household expenses
- Documentation of other income
- Two months of recent bank statements
- Recent utility bill
- Profit and loss for last six months, if self-employed
