BRIDGEPORT — On Sunday, you can chow down on brunch, raise money for breast cancer research, cheer on the Bears and even get a lift to the game.

The Chicago-based Tickled Pink organization is hosting a fundraising Bears Tailgating Brunch at Buffalo Wings and Rings, in Bridgeport.

The brunch takes place 9 a.m.-noon on Sunday at Buffalo Wings and Rings, 3434 S. Halsted St.

Tickets are $35 and includes a brunch of French toast, eggs, potatoes, sausage, bacon and yes, hot wings. The price also includes Bloody Marys, mimosas and draft beer.

Justin Bobin, the restaurant's general manager, said he got in touch with the Tickled Pink organization through a friend.

He wanted the restaurant to get involved because the group, which sends money to Bright Pink, a breast and ovarian cancer research group, is "trying to be proactive and that's what I like about it."

Bobin is donating 50 percent of the brunch ticket sales to Tickled Pink and plans to donate 25 percent of the rest of the day's sales.

The event also features raffles and a shuttle bus to Soldier Field, where the Bears will face the Minnesota Vikings. The shuttle will make two runs to the stadium, roughly at 10:45 a.m. and 11:15 a.m.
