CHICAGO — An East Lincoln Park building that includes three separate apartments hit the market for $1.4 million.

The building at 539 W. Belden Ave. is currently made up of three apartments, each with two bedrooms, one bathroom and a fireplace, according to @properties' Emily Sachs Wong.

The top two units also have a den, according to Sachs Wong.

New owners have the "perfect opportunity to create [their] dream home," by transforming the units into one single-family home or renting out the other two apartments.

All three apartments are "in excellent condition," and have "impeccably maintained" new windows, deck systems and new HVAC systems, according to Sachs Wong.

The building has a back yard and a "huge" two-car garage.

It's located blocks away from neighborhood shopping and parks, the lake and Lincoln district schools.
