LAKEVIEW — Four Lakeview restaurants made the 2015 Michelin Bib Gourmand list: Ceres' Table, Chilam Balam, Wood and TAC Quick.
The list, released Wednesday, honors affordable spots tailored to locals. To qualify, each restaurant has to offer two courses and a glass of wine or dessert for $40 or less, excluding tax and tip. The 2015 list acknowledged 59 Chicago restaurants, including 11 newcomers.
The Lakeview restaurants include:
• Ceres' Table, 3124 N. Broadway
"We are thrilled to receive our 5th consecutive Bib Gourmand from the Michelin Guide," the restaurant posted on Facebook. "Wonderful company to keep! Congrats to the entire CT team who have made this happen. Time to celebrate!!! FB."
• Chilam Balam, 3023 N. Broadway
"Congratulations!!" a Facebook post said. "To chef Natalie Oswald, Eddie and all staff for making it to the #Michelinguide again. Thank you to all of our customers!! #success"
• TAC Quick, 3930 N. Sheridan Road
• Wood, 3335 N. Halsted St.
"We are excited to announce that Wood is once again winner of the Michelin Guide's Bib Gourmand award," the restaurant posted on Facebook.
