CHICAGO — Several people stranded in an elevator after an electrical fire in a Gold Coast building were rescued Sunday afternoon, Fire Department officials said.

At 1 p.m., firefighters responded to a small electrical fire on the 10th floor of the building in the 1300 block of North Lake Shore Drive, said Will Knight, a Chicago Fire Department spokesman.

No injuries were reported.
