AVONDALE — A fundraiser for the Logan Square Dog Park will feature a costume contest, live music and more Saturday.
Organizers at the forthcoming dog park will host the second annual Barktober event at Active! Dog Daycare and Boarding, 2550 W. Diversey Ave.
Tickets are available now for $35 or $40 at the door. The event will include a costume contest with cash prizes, food from The Salsa Truck, beer from Ale Syndicate, photography by Travas Machel Photography and live music throughout the night.
Proceeds from Barktober will go to benefit the Logan Square Dog Park. Email info@chicagoactivedog.com with any questions.
