JEFFERSON PARK — Chicago Police are conducting a death investigation after the body of a man was found near the Jefferson Park Transit Center Tuesday afternoon, officials said.
The man's body was discovered at 11:48 a.m. in the 4800 block of North Lipps Avenue between Lawrence and Ainslie avenues, said Chicago Police Department spokesman Officer Thomas Sweeney.
The man has not been identified and no additional information was available, Sweeney said.
