CHICAGO — Chicago's beloved Numero Group record label is known for finding lost musical gems and bringing them back to life. On Wednesday, you can express your love for these deep cuts on the dance floor.

Slippery Slope, 2357 N. Milwaukee Ave., is hosting its Numero Group Chicago Party Wednesday with DJs Dustin Drase and Jonathan Kirby spinning “ballads, mid-tempo indulgences, arrhythmic oddities, and Numero titles.”

Expect some soul, funk and disco from Chicago artists you might have never heard of.

The free party kicks off at 9 p.m. and goes until 2 a.m., though the bar itself is open until 4 a.m.
