PORTAGE PARK — Artists can eat, drink and sketch at the BlackBook Sessions held on the second Wednesday of the month at a Portage Park bar and restaurant.
Hosted by Jaime Mendoza and Angel Ramos, the open-drawing sessions offer local artists a chance to share their drawings and network with other art lovers at Hops and Barley's, 4359 N. Milwaukee Ave.
Artists are asked to bring their own drawing supplies. Drink specials will be available. The next session is set for Wednesday.
