Co-sponsored by Presence Health, the health fair will offer health screenings as well as free flu shots from the Chicago Department of Health. It will take place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Flu season typically starts in the fall and peaks in January or February, and the influenza vaccine is the best protection against getting sick, city health officials said.
Attendees should enter the school at 6530 W. Bryn Mawr Ave. through the gymnasium at Bryn Mawr and Natoma avenues.
