CHICAGO — An 18-year-old man was shot in West Englewood Sunday night, police said.

The man was standing on the sidewalk in the 2100 block of West 68th Place around 9:30 p.m. when he was shot, according to Officer Jose Estrada, a Chicago Police spokesman.

The man was struck in his right leg and taken to Advocate Christ Hospital in stable condition. No one was in custody for the shooting, which appears to be gang-related, Estrada said.
