A newly renovated East Lincoln Park single-family home with 6,400 square feet of living space is on the market for $3.85 million.

The home at 1929 N. Cleveland Ave. was just completed by Design Construction Concepts, according to Coldwell Banker's Jennifer Ames.

In all, it has five bedrooms and five bathrooms. Its location provides easy access to the lake, Lincoln Park Zoo and Downtown shopping and dining.

A four-stop elevator and 11-foot ceilings are among the home's overall amenities, according to Ames.

The private outdoor space now has an outdoor kitchen, fireplace and dining area by Scott Byron and Co.

On the main level, there are three living and entertaining areas. The custom Neff kitchen opens up to a family room, which has access to an outdoor entertaining area.

On the third level, there are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom comes with a fireplace, two walk-in closets and a spa master bathroom.

There is a recreation room, wet bar, large roof deck with skyline views, a powder room and another en suite bedroom on the penthouse level.
