Things to Do in Lincoln Park and Old Town Wednesday

Green City Market, 1750 N. Clark St., 7 a.m.-1 p.m.

Check out the 10 new vendors at the outdoor market with more than 60 vendors. Wednesday's chef demonstration features Abraham Conlon of Fat Rice from 10:30-11:30 a.m. The market will be open from 7 a.m.-1 p.m. Wednesdays and Saturdays through Oct. 25.

Locally Sourced at Lincoln Park Zoo, 201 N. Clark St., 5:30-7:30 p.m.

Head to Cafe Brauer for live music by the Old Town Klezmer Band from the Old Town School of Music, locally farmed produce, drink specials on locally brewed beers from Lagunitas Brewing Company and work from local artists Weener Ware, Stylish Girl and Strong Wear.

Ari Shaffir at Zanies, 1548 N. Wells St., 8:30 p.m.

Ari Shaffer's voice can be heard regularly on "The Joe Rogan Experience" podcast or you can catch him hosting Comedy Central's "This is Not Happening." He'll perform with special guest Nick Youssef Wednesday night at Zanies. Tickets to the special event are $25 with the purchase of two food or drink items.
