ROGERS PARK — The CTA will be showing off a dozen vacant retail locations at its stations — including three in Rogers Park — in hopes of wooing prospective tenants.
Jones Lang LaSalle, the firm that manages the CTA's retail locations, announced the tours Tuesday, which will take place in the morning and early afternoon on Sept. 3 and 4.
In Rogers Park on Sept. 3, two locations at Loyola station and one location at Morse Avenue would be featured, ranging from 482 to 1,072 square feet.
A CTA spokeswoman said last week that the agency was reviewing bids for leases at three of the vacant CTA retail spaces at Morse and Granville stations that were renovated in 2012.
But five Far North Side spaces, at Morse and Loyola stations, were still out to bid. The bid deadline for spaces at 1400-02 W. Morse Ave. and 1200-08 W. Loyola Ave. was also extended this month.
A location at each the Chicago and Clark/Division stops will also be shown, as well as a Purple Line location in suburban Wilmette.
On Sept. 4, a 55-square-foot space at Montrose and an 88-square-foot space at Wellington will be shown.
A location each at Division, Western and Washington on the Blue Line will also be shown, as well as a space in Oak Park on the Green Line.

All lease applications for the available retail locations are due on Sept. 10.
