Summer Sounds on the Patio of Cafe Bauer, 2001 N. Clark St., 5:30 p.m.

Pair your meal with some soothing live music from professional classical or jazz musicians on the patio at Lincoln Pak Zoo every Tuesday. This week's performance will feature a classical duo with Inger Carle. The event is from 5:30-7:30 p.m.

Kids Summer Theater at Lincoln Park Zoo, 2001 N. Clark St., 11 a.m., noon and 1 p.m.

Enjoy family-oriented theater from Storytown Improv, which uses suggestions from the audience to create different stories and enlists kids to design the set for the troupe's actors, artists and musicians. The skits last 12-20 minutes and are made for children ages 3-9. Performances take place on the South Lawn or on the rooftop cafe at Wild Things in the event of rain.

Pat Tomasulo at Zanies, 1548 N. Wells St., 7:30 p.m.

Pat Tomasulo has been performing since he was 3. He's a regular at Zanies and has performed all over the Midwest, but you might know him best as the sports anchor for the WGN TV Morning News. Tickets to the show are $15 in advance or $20 at the door with the minimum purchase of two food or drink items.
