ROGERS PARK — Get ready to pork out.

A new barbecue festival, called Rogers Pork, is coming to the neighborhood's Jarvis Square on Saturday.

"For the most part, I think everyone likes barbecue," said Renee Labrana, of R Public House. "We thought it was a great way for the neighborhood to get together."

Southern Texas-style and North Carolina-style ribs will be served, starting at noon. There will also by chicken and, for the meat abstainers, kale burgers provided by The Amazing Kale Burger.

R Public House, Towbar and Poitin Stil will also be collecting school supplies for Gale Academy and Kilmer Elementary School. And for every beer or cider sold, Chicago Beverage Systems will donate 15 cents to Youth Empowerment Performance, a charity that works with homeless LGBT youths, Labrana said.

The following music artists will perform on the fest's stage:

12-12:45 p.m.: Blue Shag

1-2 p.m.: Straight Ethyl

2:30-3:30 p.m.: Amy Kelly Band

4-5 p.m.: John B Group

5:30-6:30 p.m.: Heeby Jeebys

7-8 p.m.: DJ Psycho B----
