CHICAGO — The 24 rowhouses slated for construction near the Bloomingdale Trail in Wicker Park will be completed at the same time "The 606" park system is completed, their real estate agent said.

The homes at 1701-1799 N. Winnebago Ave. in "The Row" development will be three-story homes that will sell for between $599,000 to $700,000, according to @properties' Landon Harper.

The rowhouses, which will all be three stories tall with three or four bedrooms, will be built on a vacant field adjacent to the 2.7-mile-long Bloomingdale Trail, which is being transformed as a part of the larger park project known as "The 606."

Both the park system and rowhouses are set to be complete in June.

Developers in Wicker Park, Bucktown, Logan Square and Humboldt Park — the four neighborhoods through which park system will run — have been building residential projects anticipating higher property values because of the project.

“The 606 is going to be monumental in terms of how it’s going to transform this area,” Harper said.
