CHICAGO — A 27-year-old man was shot in River North early Monday, police said.

The man told police he got into a fight with another man in the 700 block of North Clark Street before the man pulled out a gun and opened fire around 3:50 a.m. Monday, police said.

He was taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital in stable condition after being shot in the arm, said Officer Janel Sedevic, a police spokeswoman.

No one is in custody for the shooting.
