Green City Market, 1750 N. Clark St., 7 a.m.-1 p.m.

Check out this year's 10 new vendors at the outdoor market, now with more than 60 vendors. Wednesday's chef demonstration features Patrick Sheerin of Trencherman from 10:30-11:30 a.m. The market will be open from 7 a.m.-1 p.m. Wednesdays and Saturdays through Oct. 25.

Locally Sourced at Lincoln Park Zoo, 201 N. Clark St., 5:30-7:30 p.m.

Head to Cafe Brauer for live music by the Pilsen Hot 3, locally farmed produce, drink specials on locally brewed Lagunitas Brewing Company and work from local artists Weener Ware, Molly Cranch and Tina Dixon.

Pete Lee at Zanies, 1548 N. Wells St., 8:30 p.m.

Pete Lee made his television debut on Comedy Central's "Premium Blend" with his unique style of self-deprecating humor. He's also a regular on Fuse TV's "Special Videos Unit: Video on Trial" and VH1's "Best Week Ever." Along with standup, Lee enjoys writing, directing and editing web show that can be seen online weekly. Tickets to the show are $25 with the minimum purchase of two food or drink items.
