BRIDGEPORT — The "Backyard Botany Garden Party" at Benton House will offer family-friendly fun for green thumbs.
Activities include a barbecue, garden tours and how-to workshops in making seed-bombs, paper mâché and container pot painting.
The event takes place 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday at the garden behind Benton House, 3052 S. Gratten Ave.
