CHICAGO — A man is in critical condition after being shot in the chest about noon Tuesday near 99th Street and Avenue J in the East Side neighborhood, police said.
The man was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, police said.
No one is in custody for the shooting and no other details were available, police said.
