CHICAGO — A 22-year-old woman died after being shot in a possible domestic-related incident in West Garfield Park, police said.

The woman was shot in her mouth while she was in the 100 block of North Keeler Avenue about 10:45 p.m. Friday, police said.

Carnesha Fort, 22, who lived in the same block of the shooting, was pronounced dead at Mount Sinai Hospital at 11:25 p.m., according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office.
