Summer Smokehaus Series Continues at Table, Donkey and Stick This Weekend

LOGAN SQUARE — The monthly barbecue at Table, Donkey and Stick continues Sunday with a pairing of Wicker Park's Trenchermen restaurant and Local Option brewery.

The Summer Smokehaus Series will host guests on Table, Donkey and Stick's 20-seat patio at 2728 W. Armitage Ave. from April to September, featuring a different chef each month.

Each chef takes advantage of the roaring fire pit in the backyard and presents a plate of barbecue and sides for $20.

The event will run from 4 p.m. until supplies run out.

Future chefs in the series are:

July 6th: Caleb Trahan and Greg Blumen (Table, Donkey and Stick sous chefs)

Aug. 3rd: Lawrence Letrero (The Refinery executive chef)

Sept. 7th: Jon Keeley (Gemini Bistro/Rustic House executive chef)
