CHICAGO — A 21-year-old man was shot while sitting on a Roseland porch late Wednesday morning, police said.
The incident occurred in the 200 block of West 113th Street about 11:40 a.m., according to Officer Veejay Zala, a police spokesman.
The man was shot from a vehicle that pulled up to the house before driving away.
The victim was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn where he is in serious, but stable condition. He was shot in his chest and grazed in his ankle.
