BUCKTOWN — With a casual atmosphere, outdoor patio, and tasty but not overly spicy delicacies, Irazu Costa Rican Fine Dining is a neighborhood gem.

For the last quarter-century, the Bucktown eatery at 1865 N. Milwaukee Ave. has been delighting its guests with a wide range of offerings — including the Chifrijo appetizer loaded with fried pork, black beans, white rice and avocado. Plus, don't forget Irazu's famous oatmeal shakes.

It's cash only, BYOB and has a huge delivery area staffed by 10 drivers.

And it's the latest stop for "Good in the Hood with Ted Brunson." Check out the video.
