CHICAGO — A man died following a traffic crash between a motorcycle and a car Saturday afternoon on the Northwest Side.

The crash happened about 4 p.m. in the 6600 block of West Addison Street in the Dunning neighborhood, said Officer Ana Pacheco, a police spokeswoman.

The man was identified as Lukasz P. Zola, 25. His address was unknown as of Sunday afternoon.

Zola was transported to Loyola University Medical Center where he was pronounced dead at 4:34 p.m., according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's office. Officials there did not release the man's name as of Saturday night.

It was not immediately clear if Zola was riding the motorcycle or inside the car. No other injuries were reported in the crash, fire department officials said.
