CHICAGO — A man appears to have accidentally shot his finger while in a Navy Pier construction office Wednesday afternoon, police said.
The incident occurred at 4:56 p.m., when police received a report of a man in his late 40s shot in the 600 block of East Grand Avenue, said Officer Ana Pacheco, a police spokeswoman.
The man was taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital, where he is in good condition.
