CHICAGO — Police say a man from out of state who had gone missing after spending part of Saturday night in the Loop was located Sunday.
David Irwin, 21, was last seen near Adams and Clark streets at 11 p.m. Saturday. He was wearing a maroon T-shirt, blue jeans and black-and-blue gym shoes. He is 5-foot-11 and weighs 145 pounds.
He was was found Sunday, police said, offering no further details.
